Bell property taxes 2nd highest in L.A. County
BELL, Calif. (AP) — Tax records show working class residents of Bell, where excessive salaries has led to a purge of city leaders, pay the second-highest property tax rates in Los Angeles County.  This is more than the affluent communities of Malibu, Beverly Hills, and Pacific Palisades.
