Developers Of Former Franklin Mint Property File For A Zoning Change
The Franklin Mint development team, owners of the former Franklin Mint property on West Baltimore Pike and the adjacent Strine and Granite properties, filed a request to Middletown Township last week to change the zoning of the properties to permit what the team calls “a walkable community” of residences, shops, offices, restaurants, civic space and places to walk.
