It’s too late to add any property appraiser’s office candidates to the first paper ballots that go out this weekend for the Aug. 24 primary.

State waives property tax cap for Roseland budget
ROSELAND – Trenton has granted Roseland’s recent request to waive the 4-percent cap on property tax increases and allow the borough to balance its 2010 municipal budget by boosting property taxes 18 percent.
