Many In Augusta Not Buying Property Value Increases
A steady stream of property owners came into the Richmond County Tax Assessor’s Office to question why the value of their property is going up. The office is doing a massive re-evaluation of property, sending out 33,000 notices, with 22,000 showing an increase. WJBF News Channel 6’s George Eskola has the story.
