Simon Property Q2 FFO Surges; Backs 2010 Profit Outlook – Update
Real estate investment trust Simon Property Group, Inc. reported Friday that funds from operations for the second quarter profit surged 56% from last year, reflecting revenue growth, higher occupancy and cost controls.
