Whitmire property: what’s the plan?
Two architects presented their vision for a town-owned property at Monday night’s meeting of the board of aldermen. Terry Meek and Bill Allison gave separate proposals on what they would do with the Whitmire property, which is about 20 acres on the east side of Highlands Boulevard near U.S. 441.
