Laramie Co. property tax revenue to decline
CHEYENNE, WY – Property tax revenue in Laramie County is expected to decline this year for the first time in recent memory. This year’s projected million in property tax revenue would be a very slight decline, less than 1 percent. But it would be the first decline in a long while.

Property values in Dallas County are higher than expected, even though there was a decline for the second year. New figures show a four percent drop. County and city officials predicted 8 to 9 percent. The smaller decline means more property tax revenue than expected.
